Adult & Acceptable Use Policy

This Adult & Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") applies to your use of Onvessi's adult-oriented products, AI companion Services, digital content, applications, websites, and related Services.

Onvessi is operated by Ardox Labs LLC.

This Policy supplements our Terms of Service. If there is a conflict between this Policy and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service will control unless otherwise required by applicable law.

1. Adults Only

Onvessi's Services are intended exclusively for adults.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the applicable legal age for adult products and services in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

You may not use the Services if you do not satisfy the applicable age requirement.

You may not allow a minor to access your account or use the Services.

You are responsible for preventing minors from accessing your account or using your devices to access adult-oriented Services.

1.1 Age Verification

We implement age verification measures in accordance with applicable law to ensure that only adults can access the Services. These measures may include, but are not limited to:

• age declaration at registration;
• age verification at the point of purchase through payment-card age checks or approved third-party age verification services;
• verification through government-issued ID or other approved identity-verification methods where required by law; and
• additional age-gating mechanisms for adult content.

We reserve the right to require additional age verification at any time. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for users who cannot satisfactorily verify their age. Failure to provide requested age verification may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

2. Adult and Sexual Content

Certain Onvessi Services may provide adult-oriented and sexually explicit content intended for consenting adults.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of such content complies with all applicable laws.

Adult content may only involve fictional or appropriately authorized adult participants or characters.

3. Prohibited Minor-Related Content

You may not use Onvessi to create, request, upload, generate, distribute, or facilitate any sexual or exploitative content involving:

• a minor;
• a person under the applicable legal age;
• a person who appears to be a minor;
• a fictional character represented as a minor;
• age-regression content in a sexual context involving a person represented as underage; or
• any other sexualized depiction of a person who is or appears to be underage.

Attempts to circumvent these restrictions are prohibited.

4. Non-Consensual Sexual Content

You may not use the Services to create, generate, request, distribute, or facilitate:

• non-consensual intimate imagery;
• sexualized images of a person without appropriate authorization or consent;
• revenge pornography;
• sexual blackmail;
• sexual exploitation;
• coercive sexual content involving real persons; or
• other sexually explicit material involving a real person without appropriate consent.

5. Real-Person Sexual Deepfakes

You may not use Onvessi to create or distribute sexually explicit or intimate AI-generated content depicting a real person without appropriate authorization and consent.

This restriction applies regardless of whether the person is:

• a celebrity;
• a public figure;
• a former partner;
• a current partner;
• an acquaintance; or
• another private individual.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and consents before submitting material involving real persons.

6. Exploitation and Trafficking

You may not use the Services to facilitate:

• human trafficking;
• sexual exploitation;
• commercial sexual exploitation of persons;
• forced sexual activity;
• sexual slavery;
• exploitation of vulnerable persons; or
• other unlawful exploitation.

7. Illegal Sexual Content

You may not use the Services to create, request, distribute, or facilitate sexual content that is illegal in the jurisdiction where you are located or where the conduct occurs.

8. Impersonation and Identity Abuse

You may not use the Services to impersonate another person for the purpose of deception, fraud, harassment, sexual exploitation, or other unlawful conduct.

You may not represent an AI character as a real person when doing so would materially deceive, defraud, or harm another person.

9. User Content

You are responsible for User Content that you upload, submit, or transmit through the Services.

You represent that you have all rights, permissions, and consents necessary to provide such content.

You must not submit content that:

• violates this Policy;
• violates our Terms of Service;
• infringes another person's rights;
• contains unlawful material;
• contains malicious code; or
• is otherwise prohibited by applicable law.

By submitting User Content, you grant Onvessi and its affiliates a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully sublicensable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, display, publish, translate, and create derivative works from your User Content for any purpose related to the operation, improvement, development, and promotion of the Services, including but not limited to AI model training, machine learning, data analysis, and service enhancement, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Upon account termination, Onvessi may retain anonymized or aggregated versions of User Content for legitimate business purposes, including AI model training and service improvement.

10. Abuse of AI Services

You may not use automated systems, bots, scripts, scraping tools, or other methods to abuse or overload the AI Services.

You may not:

• bypass rate limits;
• exploit system vulnerabilities;
• attempt to defeat content or safety controls;
• reverse engineer AI systems;
• extract proprietary prompts or system instructions;
• use automated account creation;
• manipulate Tokens or billing systems; or
• intentionally interfere with the Services.

11. Account Sharing

Accounts are personal.

You may not sell, rent, transfer, or share your Onvessi account.

Account sharing may result in suspension or termination.

12. Circumvention

You may not attempt to circumvent restrictions implemented by Onvessi, including:

• age restrictions;
• content restrictions;
• geographic restrictions;
• rate limits;
• account restrictions;
• payment controls;
• security measures; or
• technical access controls.

13. Reporting Violations

If you believe that content or activity on the Services violates this Policy, please contact:

When reporting an issue, please provide enough information for us to identify and investigate the relevant account, content, or activity.

For intellectual property infringement claims (including DMCA copyright claims), please follow the process described in our Terms of Service or contact dmca@onvessi.com.

14. Enforcement

If we reasonably believe that you have violated this Policy, we may take appropriate action, including:

• removing or restricting content;
• limiting access to features;
• restricting Token usage;
• suspending an account;
• terminating an account;
• cancelling future Subscription renewals;
• preserving relevant information where legally permitted or required; and
• cooperating with lawful government or law-enforcement requests.

We may take immediate action when reasonably necessary to protect users, prevent illegal activity, address security risks, or comply with applicable law.

15. No Guarantee of Content Availability

Onvessi does not guarantee that any particular adult character, content category, AI output, or feature will always be available.

We may modify, restrict, remove, or discontinue content or features where necessary for legal, safety, technical, business, or other legitimate reasons.

16. FOSTA-SESTA Compliance

Onvessi complies with the Allow States and Victims to Fight Online Sex Trafficking Act ("FOSTA-SESTA"). The Services are not intended to facilitate any form of sex trafficking, sexual exploitation, or commercial sex acts involving persons who have not consented or who are being trafficked.

Onvessi actively monitors for and removes prohibited content in accordance with applicable law, including content involving sex trafficking, sexual exploitation of minors, and non-consensual sexual content.

Nothing in this Policy limits our obligations under FOSTA-SESTA or other applicable anti-trafficking laws. We cooperate with law-enforcement authorities in the investigation and prosecution of sex trafficking and related offenses.

17. Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery — Notice and Takedown

Onvessi maintains a notice-and-takedown process for non-consensual intimate imagery ("NCII") in compliance with the Take It Down Act and other applicable laws.

To report NCII depicting you that has been posted or generated through the Services without your consent, contact:

Please include the following information in your report:

1. 1.your electronic or physical signature;
2. 2.identification of the specific content at issue (including sufficient detail to locate the content, such as the relevant URL, account identifier, or description);
3. 3.a statement that the content depicts you and was distributed, created, or shared without your consent;
4. 4.your contact information (name, email address, and telephone number); and
5. 5.a statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your report is accurate and that you are the person depicted (or are authorized to act on behalf of the person depicted).

We will review properly submitted reports and will remove or restrict access to verified NCII within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt, consistent with applicable law.

We may also report the incident to appropriate authorities where required or permitted by law.

18. AI Identity and Transparency

The AI companion services offered through Onvessi are powered by artificial intelligence. AI characters are fictional, AI-generated entities and are not real human beings.

In accordance with applicable law (including California SB 243 and the EU AI Act), our AI systems will clearly disclose their AI nature at the beginning of each conversation and at regular intervals thereafter. You may not represent AI characters or AI-generated content as real human beings or as originating from a real human being.

You acknowledge that AI-generated responses do not reflect the views of Onvessi and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

19. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time.

The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Where required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
